Fantastic customer service, even in on a Friday evening close to closing. We had a mobile phone issue. The night before I had spent over an hour trying to straighten it out using the national helpline. Over the course of the call I was transferred to four departments over 4 states, while everyone was nice and tried to be helpful, no one could solve my issue. Enter Paula and Rebecca – the customer service rockstars. They were persistent and despite it being Friday night, close to closing they stuck with it and solved my problem. This was all done with good humor and kindness for my 14 year old daughter, whose phone it was. You can’t do better than this when it comes to customer service.
