Terrible service and customer service!!! You will not receive a call back from a manager if lucky enough you’ll get a supervisor who can’t be bothered with your call so they hang up!!! If you are paying for a service which randomly increases you have every right to be upset. They’ll pretend not to see your name listed in the account so they don’t have to talk to deal with you or your issue!!! Cannot wait to be out of the spectrum range!!! They’re prices are just as bad as verizon but least I didn’t have any issues logging into my account and my own password!!!
