The level of unprofessionalism is so sad and wrong. There’s a line building up and the sales agent is talking about everything but the work he’s doing, food, cars, neighborhoods, favorite vacation 45 minutes of this banter. The other sales agent is on hold with there own customer service 35 minutes. The other agent can only do limited service, intake equipment and payments, but not give out equipment already ordered.Mostly its the language and level of lacking professionalism. There is clearly no manager or supervision. The old location was run much better and more professional.

I truly wish this company didn’t have a monopoly on internet service in our area. If I wasn’t forced to choose at least one star for this review, I wouldn’t.Combine the worst service (cuts out constantly) for $75/month AND the same service provider soliciting its additional services you’re obviously not interested in weekly, by mail, and you get Spectrum. Enjoy.
