Don’t go to this location!They are extremely slow and under staffed.I arrived around 1pm est with only 3 other customers in the store.I thought it was going to be quick but to my surprise I waited 15 minutes only to be told I won’t be seen until I sign in…This was a huge waste of 40 minutes, when all I had to do was drop of a box.If you’re looking for fast service this is not the place.Go to another location.

Unbelievably slow service. Waited for an hour just to exchange equipment. The people behind the counter were with the same two customers the entire wait- I have no idea what they possibly could have been doing that took so long.

I returned my equipment here after canceling service with this horrible company. I had been lied to by a sales representative regarding price prompting the cancelation. This store provided more false information. Avoid them at all costs! They are deceptive and abusive to customers.
