I went to spectrum cable services building because I needed to switch out a cable box for another one because the one I had wasn’t working so I put my name into the kiosk waited to be called and was served by a very nice person so I have to say that my overall experience was positive there and grateful that it didn’t take me all day to sit there and get anything done.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I signed up for home phone service back on March 4, 2021. Time to make a long story short they never follow through on the paperwork or protocol to switch over from my current provider. They charge me for home phone service, which I paid, and they never even had me hooked up. Frontier, my old company, we’re still sending out phone bills to me because frontier still owned my phone number. Here we are two months later, I paid spectrum for a home phone service I was not getting due to their lack of professionalism and follow through. So I’ve been double paying for my home phone for the last two months due to their negligence. After 14 hours on the phone over the last two months trying to straighten this out again today they refuse to stand behind their incompetence! I did but they told me to do and now they are denying crediting me for their mistakes. Stay away from them as a service provider if at all possible! I spoke to eight people today and the pathetic responses are unbelievable! There’s no customer service, no compassion and definitely no professionalism!
