I always rate any company or place I visit on service. It is the one thing that can make you walk away with a good feeling when you leave a company. Today’s customer service representatives think they have to be cute or funny to get their jobs done. Here’s how to make a good impression on a customer, listen, listen and listen. Your spewing facts and data a out your products don’t impression anyone but the person spewing them. Remember most aren’t as educated about your products as you are. The may buy the product but they won’t be truly happy. I happy customer is one who walks out the door saying thus product or service meets my needs. So having said that, yes my initial experience with Spectrum was bad, I was greater by a smug associate named John who thoroughly gloated as he offered to help me. In reality he was smug. I do have to say my visit ended well when I was assisted by a patient associate, Jorge, who took his time to listen to me and answer my questions. Jorge gets 5 stars.

Was thinking about switching from AT&T but after witnessing the lack of representatives vs the number of customers…I think I’ll stay with att, even so we are still sitting here for over 30 mins just to return two boxes, seems unreasonable to me.

Arrived at store around 12 pm waited until after 2 pm to be helped. Very slow and unorganized. There system for helping people does not work right. Hopefully they get it together, I have been using spectrum/charter for over 10 years and have never been so frustrated. That being said when I finally got up to the counter the employees were very friendly and helpful.
