Spectrum has very dishonest business practices. I would use anyone else, but they are my only reasonable broadband choice. They have an effective monopoly in some areas, and they love to flex that muscle to squeeze customers. Please take your business elsewhere, unless you are likewise without reasonable alternative.

Why does your internet go out once an hour?The service is a joke. Meanwhile it just gets more expensive every year. Currently tethering from my cell phone because it’s more reliable. Staff probably cries in the bathroom while execs laugh all the way to the bank. Aren’t monopolies great?!?
