If there was a way to give less stars I would. Customer Service is terrible. My CPAP that I got from them in August began to have Error messages this past Sunday, (now they were my fault because the machine had been dropped off bedside table to carpet the week before); but it was not operational. I called the answering service Sunday night, then called 2 times on MOnday; never heard back at all. Sent my prescription to CPAP direct on Monday evening and bought a new machine and received it yesterday.Had also had a bad experience when I first got the machine in August and wasn’t sure that the mask I was using would work, again I got one phone call and when I returned the call nothing after.

Lashawnda and another lady have lied too me about my hose for over a month now. I will never in my life use them again. Very unprofessional, they lie a lot. Pretend like they sent your items too the wrong person when in reality they never sent them at all. They’re always in a meeting. It should be someone we can call and report things like this.
