Great staff. Neil was really helpful in helping me figure out sizing. Though I didn’t buy my bike from them due to inventory, I did buy some new wheels at the store. Ordering and pick up was easy. Accessory inventory was better than a lot of local stores which was great.

Once again the team at specialized Costa Mesa practice excellent customer service. I was attended immediately upon arriving. Ivan adjusted my bike promptly. He also gave me tips on saddle height. The rest of the team was very welcoming. I got a set of Costa Mesa bottles with the black rose to represent the shop while riding in Dtla. Looking forward to buying my next bike here. Thank you guys so much.
