Worst customer service, management and billing services! If there was a zero in the rating I would have provided that. I am first charged for a mailing service that I never signed up for. When trying to resolve that extra charge which they could not refund/take care off in a timely manner I get charged for additional late fee for that month. The office receptionist who is also the manager doesn’t have the ability to do anything. Account services number given has no-one who answers your call. I repeatedly asked to speak to the owner OR the manager ANYONE who can resolve this issue NO LUCK. Please do your business somewhere else! Office space at spaces looks good aesthetically but extremely poor management. I needed the space for a couple of months just finished my contract.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Despite cancelling my services with the appropriate notice they needed, they are aggressively attempting to take me to collections for $111 for a one month of service even though the month that they are trying to charge me for they were closed during the lock down of the pandemic. This is pure insanity. Despite calling and creating a ticket to try to speak to someone all I keep getting is aggressive collection instead of a manager who can just pick up the phone and call me. I will never use your offices ever again and will never recommend you to anyone.
