Cute place but the facial was underwhelming. No steam. No extractions. Just a lot of hot towels and lotion. Felt rushed and like a waste of money. No suggestion were made about my skin during the facial. She then asked did I want product at the end, which I declined because you didn’t make any suggestions about what my at home skin routine needed to be for my skin improvement during the facial. For $120 plus tip I would think extractions would be included. My husband did enjoy his massage tho.

I went to Mike and he was absolutely fantastic, and I am very very particular about massages and have been to every spa in Dallas countless times. There is no relaxation room which is a huge bummer, so no need to show up early or plan to zen out, but for the actual quality of the massage itself, can’t recommend Mike enough. This place definitely needs a relaxation room though and better ambiance in the actual massage room for sure.

I have been getting facials for 18 years. By far this is the best facial that I have ever had. Consistent service and quality. I am not short changed on time. Can’t say enough about this amazing piece of heaven in Plano.
