Showed Victoria Knight video/picture of what was wanted she said it was a choppy bad cut and proceeded to cut it differently. Upfront honesty that she couldn’t do the cut asked for would have been better than cutting it her way. The ladies in the front were polite when we walked thru the door, but the stylist/hairdresser was eating when we arrived and didn’t even wash her hands. Won’t use her again, and unfortunately probably won’t go back to this salon. Looking for qualified hairstylist.

I just wanna say a big THANK YOU to Courtney, she gave me the perfect new cut and color at a very reasonable price. The shop was adorable and welcoming, everyone was so kind and it was very clean and well taken care of! Courtney and I talked the whole time and I felt like I knew her and we were just catching up. This was my first time in and I will absolutely be a returning customer! Thank you again Courtney, see you next time girl!
