I am appalled with the customer treatment I received here today. Today I was insulted by the service provided by German Bran. I am looking to purchase a new truck and while visiting this location I made an offer to this man. He stated what makes you think that I would accept that from you. A lady who is white, owns a home, and has had her license for 10 years just made me the same offer and I said no to her. So tell me, what makes you think that I would accept it from you. You should go make offers at the swap meet instead. I am an American citizen, have been for most of my life. I own houses, have my own business, and have had my license for more than 30 years. This man needs to go attend classes to get trained on customer service skills and on how to communicate with people and start him off at the basic level because he has a long way to go. So if you are hispanic and plan to visit this location, make sure this man does not assist you until he receives effective training.
