I brought in my Giant bike to this shop because it had been sitting in the backyard for a while and needed a tune up. I made the mistake of mentioning I know nothing about bikes and the owner took full advantage of that. He started throwing around a lot of terms very quickly and the price for repair kept rising and rising until we were at $180. I left the bike with him but had a feeling that was not a fair price so I called around. The owner told me housing is $15 dollars a foot, I discovered that was a blatant lie. I called in to inform him that I would like to pick my bike back up. He was frustrated that I wanted to come get it and ended up just hanging up the phone.I picked up my bike and took it to velocity bike shop. After looking at the bike for about 30 seconds he informed me that to get the bike working perfectly again it would be $30 or $60 if you want them to clean all the parts.Moral of the story is do not go to this bike shop if you are looking for repairs. I don’t know if their bike prices are fair but they will try to take advantage of you if you do not understand the industry.

Greg is always very patient w/me. I’m a novice. They take time to explain any and all questions. I have purchased 2 bike from them. Prices are VERY competitive. Nice to use a local guy who is very knowledgeable. So much getter than the big box store. Cant go wrong w/these guys.
