Had a Sonos system & speakers installed for the outside and instead of using black wire for the speakers he used white which makes absolutely NO sense because it stands out from the landscape and on the patio where 2 out of the 4 of the speakers are. Those 2 came with black wire (he changed them out for white for some odd reason) We have an issue and tried to get him to come back to fix yet he keeps blowing me off. Does not make good on promises to fix what needs to be fixed. Also AL is not customer friendly, has a bad attitude when you go into the store to try and discuss the issue at hand and both of them ignore requests for the issue to be rectified. Will not be using this company again nor have I recommended them.
