This just happened earlier today. I called ahead asking if we could bring in a tire to be patched as we just found a screw in it. The gentleman on the phone said Sure – but bring it in soon we are getting full. Leave the car and we’ll get to it before the end of the day. We brought it in a half-hour later at 3pm and they close at 6pm today. We took the tire off the car to make it easier. Our son carried the tire in and the guy working there was so rude. He looked at it and said the tire was too worn. He wouldn’t do it. Then he walked away. The tire is only 2 years old. So much for the wonderful Sonoma charm I always tell everybody about. It was not at Sonoma Tire today. Bad experience. We put on the spare. He will go to his mechanic in SF next week. And I won’t ever recommend Sonoma Tire to anyone again. How embarrassing.

They have good service and quick turnaround times if they have your tire in stock, their workmanship is good too. Cant complain. The problem is that they try to upsell you on a tire.

Prices are jacked and they offer a sale all the time to make it seem fair.I was quoted an hour, came back an hour later and my car hadn’t gone in yet. Waited another hour.Avoid this place if you can.
