Buffalo wings tasted real bad and was making a huge mess, but the strawberry tea I ordered was alright.Update 6/4/2021:Ordered a SMALL JUMBO CHICKEN AND it was the size of a 4 piece Mcnuggets from McDonald’s for $3.59, not worth it at all. Plus my friend order 5 minutes after me and got his food 5 minutes before I did. Mismanaged and needs to make improvements.

We’ve been coming here for over a year now and the service, accuracy and general experience has been going down every visit. The kitchen staff seem to ignore customers requests when ordering on the app and in person. I have asked for hot fudge 3 times on a blast and all 3 times there has been none even when I asked I person while picking up because I could see that there was none. She took my ice cream back and brought it back and when I got home…no hot fudge. My kids orders are never right. Tonight my child asked for no onions, no mustard. There was EXTRA onions and mustard. Something needs to be done about the quality control at this location. Its horrible.

Sonic always has good food, this time we drove over probably after they had just opened back up. We ordered from our car, and I believe the microphone on our end was on it’s last legs… it was hard for the employee to hear me unless I got very close. And… new hire, was having trouble inputting the order. One item was wrong, when she corrected it, she accidentally deleted another meal, so we had to order that one, and the bbq sauce for a meal we got. Almost got the wrong flavor slush with the second order, I’m afraid I sounded pretty grouchy by then, but I understood. I don’t like the debit card process. Very confusing. We’ll go back, no problem
