We have never got such bad service in all the year we have been going to Sonic. The first parking spot we parked in no one ever answered so we moved. The second one they answered and took our order. We sat there for a good 10 to 15 minutes and the screen said that our food was coming. Well no one ever came and about 10 minutes later I pushed the button again and ask the worker if our food was on its way and the worker replied we are busy it will be a minute. They were busy and the worker needed some help. There was only one worker working the outside. We waited another good 5 minutes and the worker finally came. She apologized for the wait and gave us our food and drinks. The burgers were warm. The totes were cold and only had a half container of them. Both of the containers of totes would have made one order of totes.We will have to think hard about ever going back there again. We were disappointed to say the least.

Its a sonic. Basic burgers, tots, and foot long dogs. Basically a concession stand with great ice cream. Kids love it.

They are ALWAYS out of bananas but the food is usually good. You DO have to check and make sure your order is correct if you order from the drive through because it typically is not.
