We really appreciated the service we received. Robbie was very straightforward about when they would be able to assist us and they were right on time with what they said they would do. Robert came out, assessed the situation, ordered the part and came back the next day and made the repair. They were businesslike with very good service. Thank you for getting us back on the road.

We had a wheel bearing on our travel trailer fail on I40 100 miles east of Barstow. I called Robbie and explained the problem. He immediately replied that he had the parts in stock to repair the trailer and advised me on how to tow the trailer on three wheels to reach his shop. It was a nervous 2 hours but we made it. By then it was 4:30, an hour before closing time. Rob took a look at the damage and said it was not a difficult repair. Robbie let us stay in our trailer at his storage lot across the street, even giving us an electrical hook up. The next morning, Rob came to the lot and had us up and going within an hour. The price for the work was reasonable and it appeared to be done very professionally. SoCal RV is the best!
