One of the associates here needs a little more training. When I addressed this issue with the manager of the store, she pushed ownership back on me as the customer, the same way her team member did. Apparently the assumption they make here is that people are trying to rip them off. Knowing how things are in the world, sometimes that’s true. However, assuming that meant that their associate failed to let me know that the order wasn’t placed. He looked up one of my past orders and read it to me, leading me to believe that he could see future orders, but didn’t tell me that at all. He failed to communicate with me and I really don’t appreciate how I was treated here.I love the smoothies here and I love having that boost of nutrition, but I won’t be back.On February 26th 2021I ordered a smoothie with the app and usually when I pop in the smoothie is ready. They didn’t receive the order, but the cashier refused to look into it he just said it will come in soon and let me stand there while he served other patrons. A few customers after me a gentleman came in and had the same issue.

You’d think a health food location would care about the public’s health, but no. Two out of three employees weren’t wearing masks. For a restaurant prepping food, that’s unacceptable.
