Recently had an issue with my car breaking down in Nassau County and needing help in getting the car towed from there rather quickly . Smithwest came recommended as I had never used them before , I went to the shop and spoke with the owner Angelo and explained what was going on with my car and where it was . Angelo was extremely helpful and professional , while the shop appeared to be busy at the time he took the time to look into what he could do to get one of his tow trucks to where my car was and have it picked up . I truly felt like he was treating me like someone who was a customer of his for many many years even though we had never met before . The car was picked up that afternoon and brought back to his shop , it was repaired the next day and it is back on the road running fine . I highly recommend Smithwest Service if you are having any car issues . Everyone I dealt with from the receptionist to the mechanic who worked on my car to the owner were all professional and very pleasant . Thanks again to Angelo for all his help , you have a new customer . Great shop you have !!
