The hours in Google maps are incorrect. See photo for November 2020. As for Ford service be prepared that your online reservation data is ignored and you have to repeat everything. Also double check your phone number is recorded correctly as it is the only way of communicating, no email, web or mobile is supported? Pretty chaotic in morning wanted 30 minutes for intake.On plus side they have great looking Ford Model T you can admire when waiting.

Such a great experience at Smith Cairns Ford. Karl was the best. So helpful and knowledgeable not to mention he came in on his day off for me to sign my final paperwork and take my new Ford Edge home. Will be seeing him in 36 months for my next lease.
