Destiny cut my little brothers hair and did an amazing job. She listened to me and let me knit pick till his hair was perfect! Such a good hairstylist and very friendly. My little brother loved her as well. His hair is perfect. I also made an appointment for Friday but for some reason it was scheduled incorrectly for Saturday, but she got me right in and I appreciate that so much.

Critical: Quality I got the worst haircut of my entire life, geez! DO NOT GO THERE! My hair was super choppy. My son got his hair cut too it was so uneven and not blended. I had to take us to all the way to Ithaca to get it fixed. I was very disappointed.

the hairdresser Destiny is amazing!! I went in to see her before my surgery and she cut my hair beautifully!! Exactly the way i wanted. Destiny was full of energy and enthusiasm. I have only had 2 others previously that have cut my hair at Smart Style one was a manager @ the Horseheads Smart Style and the other well I guess she did her best. Absolutely love Destiny and would recommend anyone going in for a short style to make an appointment to see her!! Hopefully Smart Style will keep her, she is a great asset to the company!!
