Not a happy x customer. My second time visiting this store I was so impressed with not just one but two readily available electric carts. Star for that. I was also impressed again by the helpful, friendly and courteous staff which is so positive for Oroville. Star for that. I was impresed with variety and larger sized items. Star for that. Star for help out to my car. However when I said I did not want to pay for bags my receipt shows that I paid .50. That is not right and they shorted me 3. I called the store and they hung up on me.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. It was my first time going to the Oroville Smart and Final and it will be my last. Purchased a $60 piece of pork only to open it today and the meat is spoiled! Called the store and they basically said too bad since I had thrown my receipt away. I don’t keep grocery receipts as I would never think to return food. This experience and their terrible customer service sure taught me a lesson. If you shop here, safe your receipts until you use their products!
