This store has worked their hardest possible in customer service and keeping inventory available to all patrons over the last 18 months. Management appears to have placed the lives of their customers and staff above all else during the pandemic and have gone above and beyond to adhere to public health recommendations.At one point, their refrigeration system failed or was down for service; they removed everything from those shelves and posted apologies for the inconvenience. I can’t imagine how much of a negative impact that experience had on their margins but it is a perfect example of the dedication and care that goes into ensuring public health and safety standards at this location. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, even under what have been the most stressful working conditions to be under given the circumstances of a global pandemic.Thank you S&F for everything you’ve done, it is deeply appreciated.

Been coming here since it was Lucky Grocery. Prices are fair and staff are pleasant most of the time. They give rain checked on items no longer on sale. Unfortunately, their meat kind of priced for a different market. By that I mean a different socio-ecomimic region. Good place. Thank you.

Very concerned that they are not following the CDC guidelines of the cleanliness and cleaning behind the customers the carts are all outside dirty there’s no hand sanitizer nothing to wipe the carts off with so it’s back to normal #Nosafe #NoCleaningsupplies
