Kay is also great to work with – she can answer any question you might have! Many thanks for such a pleasant experience! Also loved the manager – she listens to your concern and assures you she’ll address it. This is my 2nd Sleep Number bed and I’ll definitely recommend the Roseville CA store at the Fountains. Oh! And the Lycocell sheets are so snuggly soft, like a perfectly worn sheet on the first day of use – no stiffness or scratchiness. Must have multiple sets.
