No pressure to buy more than I needed (just needed a mattress, not a new adjustable bed frame) and no pressure to purchase that day … Ronn warned me about a sale starting in the next few days and told me how to retroactively get the lower price if we purchased that day.

I bought one of there “Dual Temp” 1/2queen size bed cool heater pad. It doesn’t cool or heat very well. And the 3 days I used it I had back problems each day. I took the product back to the store I bought it from. They had shipped it to me it cost me $39.00 then to shop it back they charged me &31.00. For a product that I didn’t like and was causing me physical pain! I won’t buy from them again.
