We didn’t make a purchase today, but we wanted to dedicate this review to Taylor. We are complete beginners to the premium bed game, but Taylor was extremely friendly and professional helping us learn about Sleep Number. He was not pushy, did not try to upsell anything, and focused purely on learning our needs and recommending the best Sleep Number products for those needs, all of which he was extremely spot-on with. Had this not been the first stop of our bed-searching journey and us wanting to spend more time researching everything, we probably would’ve finalized our purchase today. That being said, there is still a chance that we end up giving Taylor a call later as we still have another month before our new construction completes (fingers crossed no more delays), but in the meantime, we wanted to at least share our positive experience with Taylor and hope that others stop by to experience the same.
