All the staff are super nice here. I took my mandolin in for repair and they gave me two straight forward price point options and answered my questions. Turn around time for the repair was one week and they were able to do some additional adjustments I requested last minute within that timeframe. The work done was great and reasonably priced.

Aside from Erik being the best luthier/repairman around, their selection of performance-ready guitars in every price range is extensive. No guitar leaves that store if it’s player-compromised in the least.Every one of the guitars that you see there has been repaired, set up, modified, and/or bought from his store.
