Love the clearance rack at this location. They always have a cute pair for me at a good price. My only complaint is the lack of big kids size 6. My son is in that awkward stage between kids and men’s so it’s a bummer when they don’t have what we originally came in to buy. Also some employee’s are really helpful and friendly while others obviously don’t have time to help you out or smile.

Went in to buy hubby a pair of sneakers and the stock was very limited. Read a sign saying they will order the shoe for you and offered free shipping. Found a pair of sneakers and after the cashier checked inventory for his size, she informed us they were out..and told US we can order them on line! So much for them ordering the shoe… poor customer service !

Sketchers lost a lifelong customer yesterday. I have been wearing them since I started cross country running 20 years ago and have kept my kids outfitted with them for years. However, any institution that discriminates against my health issues and kicks me out of their store (yes, I verified that I was in fact being kicked out) will never see my support again. Shoe Dept was happy to accept my money for a new pair of Adidas, though. I would give zero stars if possible!
