Never been here and decided to check it out as my daughter needed work boots. I walked in and four employees were standing in the back talking. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged. I walked around for 10 minutes and still no help. All four had disappeared to the back leaving me and another customeron our own. The other customer stood at the register for 5 minutes waiting to check out. Finally, a girl emerged from the back, walked straight passed me and to the register. A few minutes later another girl came out, again walked right past me and I had to flag her down. I asked where the women’s work boots were and she said, I don’t think we have any, let me check the back. She never even asked me for a size. She came back out and said, no, we don’t have any and walked away. She never even offered to help me find an alternative. I will NEVER come back to this store. Time to check into hiring some employees who aren’t lazy and who know how to provide customer service. I’m sitting in front of the store writing this review. There is an older couple standing in there looking lost…guess what? Nobody is around to help them. This place is a joke, seriously

Nice clean store. Pretty good selection although they didn’t seem to have many men’s size 12. Staff was helpful though
