I don’t like ordering my shoes, if I’m out shopping.

We’ve been several time before. But this last time the employees were more interested in each other than helping the customers.We joked with the other customers that there’s so many employees, but we were left wandering around.I can understand needing to restock the shelves, but if a customer is asking for help there’s no need to be exasperated. If you had put the shoes where they belong or even in an organized way, we could be more self sufficient. As it was, the same style shoe’s size was scattered across two walls.I mean sorry… for asking you to do your job?

Didn’t find what I was looking for, was asked several times if I needed help. I would say not now thank you. But when I need help to get something from the top no one could be found.

Just a heads up you can’t shop at this store without a mask. My freedom to choose was not allowed, for this I will no longer support this franchise. I have bought literally 50 shoes from this place, so unbelievable.
