The worst experience ever! I got 3 different prescriptions in 2 months and none of them worked for me! The staff are nice but unfortunately the service you receive is not good. After 3 months of frustration I left their store with low quality lenses that they gave me for free!I’m so disappointed! I need to visit a new doctor and get new lenses! Such waste of time and money!

Good customer service. Good eye for finding me find two new pairs of sunglasses that suited my needs and looked good on me. Had my old pair listed in my records so I could re-order, which is a time-saver. At the end of the transaction when I asked about cheaters, the sales assistant threw in an attractive-looking pair gratis. Happy customer!

Great place. My husband has been getting glasses here for quite many years now, and so he took me to the Palo Alto facility when I needed my first pair. We were shown a frame that I liked immediately; we had our own pattern for the lens. They delivered quickly, within less than a week. The price was also very reasonable.
