My experience purchasing a bed at Sit N Sleep was amazingly easy. Floyd, the Store Manager, and person who helped me pick out the perfect bed was fantastic. He asked just the right questions to understand exactly what I was looking for. Did not try to push something I was not going to like at me. He set up delivery based on what worked best for me and was available during time of delivery for a follow up question I had. I have had my new bed for ~ 2 weeks and I love it. I highly recommend Sit N Sleep and Floyd for anyone considering purchasing a new bed.

So, we decided to buy a new mattress to replace our old Sleep Number mattress which over many years had lost its ability to provide a good night’s sleep. I realized right away that mattress technology, like everything else, has changed and changed again since the last mattress we bought. We decided to do what I’m sure many people do and went to Sit ‘n Sleep. Our goal was to see what is new in the world of mattresses, certain they would have a good selection to test and choose from. In hindsight, I am glad we did because it helped us sort through the nutty combinations of new and improved coils springs, gels, new fabrics and foams…who knew.We were fortunate to be greeted at the Costa Mesa store by Floyd Ramey, the store manager. His knowledge of everything regarding “sleep technology” was both impressive and helpful. He quickly assisted us in narrowing down our choices. As far as sales techniques go, Floyd’s was very relaxed and honest. We had the ability to purchase whatever we wanted in the store, but he made it clear that he was there to help us find exactly what we needed. His personable approach and assistance lead us to make several choices that worked for us and we confidently made the purchase. We arranged for a very convenient delivery schedule that was tailored specifically to our needs. The whole experience was extremely easy and satisfying. I would definitely recommend this Sit ‘n Sleep location and Floyd to anyone looking to replace and upgrade their mattress.

I did a lot of online browsing for mattresses before coming here, and I wish I would not have wasted my time. When my wife and I came to the store, we were greeted by the store manager Floyd. He was courteous, extremely helpful, and was not pushy at all. He guided us through their selection and was very knowledgeable. He had great advice for my wife and I, and our different sleep positions and preferences. We ended up choosing a mattress we both love, along with better pillows and a much needed bed spring, all at a very fair price. Thank you Floyd for all your help, I won’t go anywhere else to find a mattress and will be referring people to you and your store for your help / expertise.
