Wasn’t looking forward to mattress shopping, but Rich at the Montclair store made it fun. He was helpful, knowledgeable and respected my budget concerns. Next day delivery was when expected, efficient and courteous, even though they had to carry the new king-size mattress up and the old king-size mattress down stairs from the third floor.
