We walked I. And talked to Dennis. He was very nice and offered to help us find a mattress for us. He assisted us with that machine that assesses our positions. Determined the firmness and showed us what was available. He asked our budget and showed us mattresses in that range. We showed him one we found on the website and he showed us one similar and was able to get us a lower price for a thicker mattress. He didn’t question us when we said we weren’t interested in the expensive ones. He was helpful and got us in and out pretty quickly. Set up our ship date that we wanted and explained everything thoroughly.

I went down to the Sit ‘n Sleep on Friday to buy a new mattress. After a couple of minutes, I was politely greeted William. He asked if I had been to this store before and asked who helped me in the past. It had been a number of years and that sale person was no longer there so William helped me find a mattress. The first stop was the diagnostic bed with embedded sensors that help determine the level of support you need. With that info in hand, we went around the store to try out the top candidates. In all I tried 7 different mattresses (5 traditional and 2 memory foam). There was a wide price range for the 7 from $850 up to $2500. I was never pressure to buy the more expensive one, and in fact I was not really pressured to buy at all. And I was never rushed, even though at one point there were more customers than employees. I think I spent close to an hour trying the mattresses. Finally, I picked one. Paying and arranging delivery was very easy. They would have been able to deliver the next day if I wanted, them too. But I pick Sunday instead. So, at this point I can’t review the mattress. But buying the mattress was very good process.

He was not a pushy salesman and gave me and my husband space. He was very soft spoken and helped us make informed decision. Ver professional and friendly.
