I visited the store on the Sunday before Memorial Day and was helped by Robert Cueva. I only had a small idea on what kind of mattress I wanted but after speaking with Robert, he helped me narrow down my choices and went over the pros/cons for each of my selections. He is very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses, pillows, frames, etc.. and did a great job going over each of my choices in detail and made sure that I received all of the Memorial Day rebates. I left the store happy with my purchase and highly recommend the Carson location for the quality of customer service.

Charles was amazing!!! He took care of us from the moment we walked through the door. He lead us through the whole experience all while he took care of two-three other couples. We tried everything that matched us based on our bed match. I never felt like he was pushing a purchase but that he wanted to come along on our journey to find us the best mattress and match for us.
