At one end of the mall has a spiral of shops. The identity of this mall is pretty much mid to high end stores. The mall inside is cut short from well known stores like Apple and Macy’s due to those stores being stand alone outside the Mall, but Simply South Boutique San Francisco Centre has your typical high end branded stores like Bloomingdales,and a Nordstrom.

I used to frequently shop at this establishment when it was Jo Jo’s. Today I went to shop for costume jewelry, which was in the jewelry case up front. Initially in the case with the way that the lighting is in there, the earrings looked nice. We left the store and were literally only gone from there at a max. 10 minutes and took the earrings out of the bag. Upon examining the earrings, you could see terrible scratching on them. If someone would like to see pictures inbox me and I will be glad to let you see them along with the receipt matching the day that I made this review. When we promptly returned to the store, minutes later, we showed the earrings to the young lady that had checked us out. She of course said that she could not see anything. She then called an older woman over to look at them and we were then told that we could exchange them. Since there were no other ones that we liked, we asked for a refund and were told that they would only exchange them. I repliedIt has literally only been 10 minutes since we left. That reply was met with a deer in the head lights look from who I believe to be the manager/owner. We exited the store and will never be back. We would have certainly given them more business as we did when it was Jo Jo’s, but I would not recommend anyone doing business with this establishment. I was always taught to treat others the way you would want to be treated, and this is a rule of thumb especially in the south, so they do great disgrace to the title Simply South
