Took my MacBook Air 2020 in to simply Mac (Waco) and it was about 40 mins away from my house. Anyways took jt in because it was acting weird and my password was not working. They explained to me that it was a common bug and I had some malware. They got it done in like 2 hours and we picked it up the next day. I am so happy that I don’t have to drive hours away to a Apple store. When I got my Mac back the screen was like it just got done packaging and the whole computer itself was factory. The screen and everything it just perfect. Thanks!

I am SOOO happy this store is here!! I no longer have to drive hours away to get my Apple devices looked at. Everyone in this store is so helpful and knowledgeable. I also wanted to leave this review to combat a negative review I saw. I was actually in the store when that specific incident happened. The woman helping the young lady who left that nasty review was in no way rude or disrespectful. I was there for the whole thing. I’ve been in customer service for more than 10 years and these employees ( EVERYONE of them) have the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. That young woman just didn’t like being told “no” and that she would have to pay for damage she caused and she tried to blame them after they fixed her original issue. You guys are amazing and I will be returning for all my Apple needs.
