I was in dire need of a window pole to open a transom widow, located at the top of a stairwell in my apartment building, on the hottest day of the year (thus far). I’m not sure who the two I spoke with over the phone or in person were, but both were incredibly kind and helpful. I just picked up the pole and was able to open the window which dramatically cooled down the stairwell and the building’s third floor. I highly recommend this this company for 1) they resell historic materials which is great for the environment, 2) they support historic preservation, 3) they have a system in place to educate youth on sustainable work, 4) they are very kind and down-to-earth. 10/10 would go to them again.
