Such a big fan of these guys and the job they did. They restored our original 1907 hardwoods in our Russian Hill apartment to incredible beauty. John Shea was reliable, communicative, and timely. He gave us multiple options for the finish to fit our budget (we ultimately went with the best and are happy we did). He got the whole two-bedroom done with incredible skill in 5 days. We are incredibly pleased, had a tremendous experience, and would highly recommend.

I would not recommend. They installed my carpet and they had to come back because seams were everywhere. They sent out two very young man to install my carpet and they could not have had very much experience to all. They both looked like about 18 years old. I have nothing against young people but at 18 how much experience could you have. I asked several times as to how much experience they have in the trade and never got a straight answer and not even from the manager. He claimed they grew up installing carpet. I spoke with Monica and she never returns a call. I made several attempt to get a hold of her and left several messages and I even went into the store in person and no return calla

I wanted to upgrade my home with modern looking stairs and matching wood floors upstairs. I started discussing my vision with John, and we came-up with a plan to match stairs and risers for a simple and clean look. For the upstairs floors, I picked flooring that doesn’t have any gaps between the planks.The stairs turned out to be a bigger challenge than expected, due to the fact that nothing in my home is straight. However, the artist otherwise known as Luis worked through these challenges and led the project to a spectacular outcome. In fact, these stairs are so beautiful, my father (while visiting from Germany) claimed it would be impossible to find a master carpenter in Germany, who could do a better job.Overall, I will remember Signature Carpet One for their dedication to quality craftsmanship at reasonable cost.
