This company is fantastic. I had been wary based on some of the negative reviews, but gave them a try. 5 separate transactions later, and couldn’t be happier. There has been a hiccup too, which was immediately addressed by their team. I own 8 total now with one on the way, and these are great. Ventress and Kenobi are mind blowing. Can’t wait for Rex!

After the 2nd negative customer experience, I am done with this company. They are good in marketing and selling, but as soon as they have your money, they simply do not care any more. I have three items on pre-order which I will still buy from them in order not to lose my deposit, but then, after having spent thousends of dollars with them, I am done with Sideshow. Would recommend to look for another supplier who really cares for you even after purchase.

I’ve ordered several collectibles from Sideshow and had good experiences. I had a couple of items I bought through their retail site arrive in less than perfect condition, however in both instances they within a few days had a replacement or offered compensation to make the issue right. I wouldn’t hesitate to pre-order or buy from them in the future.
