Stopped in town to stay overnight on a road trip and found Shu as they were the only place close to our hotel that was open late. It was a lucky chance it worked out that way as everything was amazing. The snacks and apps were simple but packed with flavor. The ramen had the smokies and deepest broth of anything I’ve ever had. And they had a great assortment of cocktails and sake on draft. Amazing place and will definitely seek it out if in the area again.

Everything was phenominal! The food, service, and drinks were on point. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the sake selection and helped us pick out a bottle that we loved! Definitely our new go to for date night.

Probably one of the best staffs I’ve seen. Hard to find these days. Owner is definitely hands on and it shows. Food was excellent and the old fashioned were excellent. Always a guaranteed great experience
