I recently purchased my Rolex from Nu. When I first visited, I didn’t know that I had to make an appointment, but Nu did welcome us. She was so nice and professional. It had been so hard to get Rolex recently, but she seemed to be confident to get the ones that I really wanted. She asked only some deposits for each watch, which were even refundable. While I was waiting for my watches, I was able to communicate via text with Nu, which was very important for me because I didn’t want to make a trip to the store with my kids during this pandemic. She was very prompt, too. I finally got my first watch (I am waiting for the second one)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is just amazing! 🙂
