They are always kind and helpful here at Shortys. I’ve not needed much more than one item when going myself, but they have a variety of goods from live stock to fido. The customer service is amazing and the staff is knowlageable to all my animal questions and inquiries. I super love the feature they offer of being able to look up past items bought incase you need to reference anything important with your pets prior needs. Parking is good and it is easily accessible (no stairs and what not). Very, very pleasant experiance for midland customer service, above par, in my own opinion.
