I was becoming frustrated with lack of service from service desk to help me locate grits. All I was given were vague directions that is was in the cereal isle….it is not. I persisted and asked for a rep to walk with me to locate the grits. WE could not find it. They called a manager and again were told it is there, it it was NOT and well this was similar for a few items. I was in the check out and two young workers assisted me. Oakie and another in the express lane. they were so attentive with attention to special wrapping of the wet chicken package and prepared food (separately) that my opinion moved from never again….to I will be back and look for these check out clerks. There are many places to shop for groceries….good attentive service DOES make a difference. Thanks Oakie and fellow associate.

I absolutely love this store. I used to frequent another local grocery store until I started noticing that they started to stop carrying items that I frequently buy on a weekly basis. Not only did I find all these items in ShopRite, but I found them in a much lower price. This ShopRite Spears is extremely clean, carries everything that I’m always looking for, and if I have trouble finding an item and I asked a customer service they will start and caring that product. The staff is very nice, courteous and helpful. I enjoy shopping at this grocery store. I must also mention that there are two other grocery stores in my area, and I find this ShopRite to be far superior to all of them!

Always a good experience running into the niskayuna shop right always run into the young man named Jake he is an awesome guy very helpful every time I need help he is very patient with the customers as well. He is definitely a valuable asset to the ShopRite company.
