The customer line for the Lotto counter needs improvement. Waiting in a long line to play created congestion, other customers could not walk through and employees were backed up to clock out also.Great produce selection but delicate, leafy vegetables and herbs were noticeably dry and wilted. What a waste, easily solved with proper adjustment to the watering/misting system. The produce issue was brought over from the old ShopRite location, which kept me from shopping this supermarket chain on Staten Island. Too bad for this brand new store.

I have mixed feelings about Shoprite on 2656 Hylan Blvd.So here are my PROs1. It is huge, well organized and always fully stocked with, new, every day items and hard to find items!2.They have a huge gluten free section.3. Including GF beer!!4. Fresh meat and sea food!5. If they don’t carry an item they will gladly order it for you!6. They hv already cooked food such as pizza & chinese food!7. It’s conveniently close to work so I have easy access. Trust me, im in here a lot!8. The staff is friendly.9. The lines do move fast as they hv lots of check out counters and self service check out.Compliments to my fav cashier SADEAnd my fav security Anthony for a job well done!CONs1. I thinks it’s over priced.2. It is always busy, it may bother some ppl, but it doesn’t bother me as much.My PROs out did my CONs and thats why they got 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️from me!

Yesterday was my first time shopping there in their new location. The Supermarket is so big with wide aisles and they have so many things in there. Plus there are other small stores in there like Dunkin Donuts. It’s like paradise in there.
