I don’t understand why some of their employees work in a retail environment if they have zero customer service skills. Andre, when someone asks you for a certain shoe size you either bring it out or inform the client you don’t have it. You do not assume that said customer cannot afford the shoes. That is horrible customer service. You were not asked for the price of the shoes you were simply asked for a pair size 10.5 that is it. If the customer can afford it or not that is NOT for YOU to determine. Unfortunately for Shoe Palace they lost not one but 2 sales today thanks to Andre.
