I was just in there today looking for new work boots for myself and a pair for my son who’s been asking for boots as well. I didn’t have issues finding what I was looking for however the 2 people working in the store had absolutely 0 concern for the customers. I was not greeted when I walked in although they both were standing there, not once was I asked if I needed help while I was browsing knowing that they only keep 1 boot in the box and they would have to go get the other boot from the back. I grabbed a pair for me and my son totaling over $200 went up to the register to pay and get the other boots from the back and both workers stood in the aisle talking about Walmart and lowes and watched me stand there at the register but continued to have a conversation and ignore the fact that I was standing there. Yes I understand I could have asked for them to come check me out but I dont feel like it’s the customers job to ask an associate to ring you out. So in result after standing there for 20 minutes I left the boots on the counter and walked out the door so they lost a sale of over $200 dollars. Will never give my business to a place like this nor will I recommend this place to anybody I know.
