As a painter who has been coming to this store since its opening at this location I’ am sad to say I think it’s time to cut ties with this store and maybe even the company entirely.Since its opening I have met and had great relationships with all of the staff, the manager and assistant especially. The revolving door that this location has and why they seem to get rid of all the good employees baffles me.I understand that lots of the good ones move on to better positions and I respect it. But the recent change of events that has left the store in shambles and under a new manager that has no clue what he is doing and seems to never want to come out of the office nor keep the shelves stocked with necessary supplies is the last straw for me.There is some locations throughout the Bay Area that seem to keep the same employees and I think that is key to customer and company relations. I know it’s always nice when I can walk Into a kellymore and talk to the same person I’ve been speaking for for years. Makes you think … what the hell is sherwin doing and how are these people that they have running their stores drop like flies and get replaced with what seems to be someone fresh out of manager training with zero knowledge of paint or the application of various products. You guys really had a great location but I think the time has come to cut ties and go somewhere else.

Store says on the door that it opens at 6:30. It’s very clearly closed and no one is answering the phone. I would have picked a different location if I knew I’d be sitting here 10 minutes past opening night when I have a job I have to get to.
